Lost Synagogues of Latvia

Before the Second World War, Latvia was home to dozens of synagogues. Many were destroyed during the Holocaust and disappeared from the landscape. Through archival research, scale models, and 3D scanning, this project reconstructs these buildings and places them back on the map.
